I'm so excited! Today was Day 1 of our new kitchen cabinet installation.
Already, I can't believe the HUGE difference there is!

And today we're finally seeing a sneak peek at our new kitchen!!!:

They'll be coming back tomorrow and Monday too to finish things up.
This makes such an amazing difference in the feel of this room, I can't even tell you! It already seems bigger & brighter. And the storage....oh, the glorious storage space! I can picture the finished room in my head, and I'm envisioning wonderful family meals taking place here. Good friends gathered round our little kitchen table for games and dessert. This space will be much more welcoming!
Oh, and I got a little "makeover" of my own too!
Ok, it's just a haircut, but here's a couple of pics since some of you asked to see!

Your kitchen cabs look WONDERFUL! I love how bright & airy they make the space seem. Those glass doors are wonderful & look so lovely flanking the windows! Can't wait to see more of the remodel!

Stacey...loving the new haircut...so sassy and cute! The new cabinets are divine too!! I love the glass panes with the molding...so pretty! Yes, it does make a huge different and seems already brighter and airy...great job!

Stacey, I think you were the one who told us we should eat at Giordano's in Chicago...right? Well we did and it was amazing! I had one piece and nearly went into a coma because I was so full. It's been a week and we keep talking about it! My son is in love with Chicago. If he is offered a place at Roosevelt I'm sure he will go there.
